YAGS

Installation Instructions

YAGS is available for both Android and iOS mobile devices. As beta software, I am not releasing the app in the App Store or Play Store just yet, so for now you will have to manually load the app onto your phone.

        * For Android it is easy enough – just download the APK to your device and then open it to install.

        * For iOS it is a bit more complicated · beta apps must be “sideloaded” using a third-party app like Sideloadly.

            1. Sideload the YAGS.ipa file onto your phone using a third-party app like Sideloadly.

            2. After installing, you have to “trust” the app (via Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → davekalin@gmail.com → Trust)  

            3. Unfortunately, sideloaded apps have to be re-installed every 7 days, so I would recommend backing up your data before re-installing.

I know it’s a bit complicated for now, but as soon as I get a real Apple Developer license it will get much easier to distribute beta (and release) versions via TestFlight and/or the App Store. Stay tuned.
